Q - Where can I find a retailer in my area?
















A - We currently have over 2500 specialty retailers who carry our product. We are currently updating our store locator so please feel free to call us for a retailer located in your area!

Q - How long will my order take to ship?
















A - 5-7 days
























Q - What does it mean if I see a picture of a bag in Orange, but it is not on the drop down menu to select from?
















A - It means that colour is currently out of stock and when it DOES appear in the drop down menu, it is back in!
























Q - Are you able to ship to the Northwest Territories?
















A - Yes! However there will be an additional $8.63 Handling charge + $15.00 per item. We will ship via Canada Post.
























Q - How do I add a promotional special to my order?















A - At checkout, after you submit your billing information, the next screen will confirm your billing/shipping address. On this page, an Order Notes memo box will display. Please write in this memo box the promotional code you wish to apply to your order.































Q - When I click on the fedex tracking number provided, the link does not work or the address is incorrect. What should I do?















A - Sometimes fedex recycles old tracking numbers. Please allow 48 hours from the time you placed your order before tracking your package. If at the time you are still encountering difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
